Shipping & Returns Policy
Welcome to our store! Conscious Cocoon provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of the order but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case of future discussions with us about it. We deliver in standard packaging with the following charge:
Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Delivery time including preparation and shipping: 5-8 working days (excluding public holidays)
Delivery flat rate: B Mail CHF 9.00 for hard goods and CHF 6.00 for others
With an order value of CHF 200.00 or more, we ship free of charge within Switzerland.
Shipping outside Switzerland
Currently we do not offer standardized shipping outside of Switzerland. Please contact our support.
All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments. If you are not available to take delivery or collection, our transporter may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following: a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable contract, less our reasonable administration charges
WITHDRAWAL & RETURN POLICY
You may withdraw from the contract of any delivered product to us for any reason at all, if you are not happy with it, provided that you return the product or notify us within 14 days.
The period of time starts earliest with the date of the products's delivery at your home and the full payment to Conscious Cocoon.
You are only allowed to cancel the contract, if you send the product back in its original packing and the product is not damaged. For more details please refer to the table below:

Unopened: Products are still in their original packaging | You are using your right to revoke your order. You will receive the full amount as a refund. |
Opened: The products have been tried, but don’t show any signs of use. The packaging is intact | The products are not to your pleasing (regular return). As a goodwill gesture we are refunding you the full amount. |
Opened with signs of use & damaged: The products show clear signs of use or are damaged | The value of the refund is dependent of the condition of the products and will be determined by us. |

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract and have returned the product, the refund value (cf. table above) will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
